Hello there queer friend or stranger! This month’s mutual aid recipient is a dear friend of my family. She'd like to remain anonymous, so let's call her Sunrise. Sunrise is a Black queer elder here in Edmonton, and an incredibly valuable community member that brings joy to so so many. Unfortunately, she's been facing a lot of challenges recently and is between housing opportunities at this time. Money you donate will be put towards getting her back on her feet so she can find a good housing situation and continue to do the work this city really needs! Any contribution to this cause means the world to us.

I started by cutting some fun designs out of black cardstock
I painted the stamp with watercolour
Added some watercolour to the background as well, and set it up to scan
